Our consulting services include a visit to the client's office by a consultant on a monthly basis to meet with the physician(s) and discuss the practice financials in detail. We keep the client up to date on the financial health of their practice, identify areas that require special attention, and establish close working relationships with the client and their staff. Each month, we provide monthly financial statements including income statements, balance sheet, and general ledger, including payroll summaries and check register listings of the practice's financial activity for the previous month. On a quarterly basis, we prepare all federal and state payroll tax returns. At year-end we prepare all W-2s, 1099s, and annual property tax listings due for the city and county.
